PHANTOM FAQ


Do you guarantee your products?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of every item. Each piece is crafted with care and thoroughly checked before shipping. That said, if you receive something defective, damaged, or incorrect, I’ll do everything possible to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution.

How should I wash Phantom clothing?

Wash cold on a delicate cycle and hang dry. High heat from dryers may cause damage or shrinkage. Wash accessories at your own discretion.


How do I know if Phantom items will fit?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please review it carefully before placing an order—it can usually be found in the product description or photos.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Exceptions are made for damaged or incorrect items. If there’s an issue with your order, contact me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or send a message on Instagram @phntm.only.


I received a damaged, missing, or incorrect item. What should I do?

If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If the item itself is incorrect, defective, or missing, email daniel@phantom.clothing or message me on Instagram @phntm.only.


Do you have a Discord community?

Not currently, but it’s something I’m considering. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out on Instagram @phntm.only.


Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most Phantom releases are limited and not restocked. Some styles may return depending on demand. To stay updated, join the email list or follow @phntm.only on Instagram.


How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • U.S. (West Coast): 4-5 business days

  • U.S. (East Coast): 2–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

All orders ship from New York.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $149. Below that, shipping is calculated by weight. International rates are automatically calculated at checkout—no handling fees are added, and we make no extra $ off of shipping


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Phantom ships to over 170 countries. Please enter your address in English to avoid delivery issues.

We do not currently ship to: Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe.


Will I need to pay customs fees?

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes depending on their country. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also use the order confirmation to check the status of your order.


My tracking hasn’t updated—what’s going on?

Tracking can take 1–3 business days to reflect movement. If nothing has changed after that, contact the shipping carrier.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If it’s been more than 7 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international) since your shipping confirmation and there’s no update:

  • Check the tracking info

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with your local post office

If your package is lost or stuck and the carrier can’t help, contact me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or message me on Instagram @phntm.only.


What if my package is held at customs?

Customs may occasionally hold packages for taxes or duties. If that happens:

  • Look for mail or email notifications

  • Contact your local post office or customs agency

While I can’t speed up customs, I’m happy to help however I can.


What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned, email me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or message me on Instagram @phntm.only. I can reship it (shipping fees apply), or offer store credit for the item amount.

Common causes include incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or vacant address. Always double-check your shipping details before placing an order.


My package was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. What are my options?

Start by contacting the carrier to file a claim (U.S. orders include $100 shipping insurance). If they can’t help, feel free to reach out to me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or message me on Instagram @phntm.only.


My order says “Delivered” but I never received it.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If this happens:

  • Wait 3–5 business days

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact the carrier

If the package still hasn’t shown up, reach out to me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or message me on Instagram @phntm.only.


I entered the wrong address or size—can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, it may be possible. Email me at daniel@phantom.clothing or message me on Instagram @phntm.only as soon as possible. Once it ships, no changes can be made.


I placed two orders—can they be combined?

Unfortunately, I can’t combine orders at this time. Each order is shipped individually.


I didn’t get an order confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, email me at daniel@phantom.clothing or message me on Instagram @phntm.only with your name and address. I’ll confirm the order and resend the email if needed.


An item sold out while I was checking out—why?

Phantom products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item sold out in your cart, someone else likely completed their checkout before you did.


Why was my order cancelled?

Orders are reviewed by fraud protection software. Cancellations may occur due to:

  • Mismatched billing/shipping addresses

  • Invalid payment info

  • Use of a VPN or proxy

  • Multiple failed payment attempts

If you believe your order was canceled in error, you can try placing it again or contact me for help.
