Shipping Policy

 


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Phantom is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If there is a shipping issue, please file a claim directly with the carrier first.


To minimize errors at checkout, we use an address validator—and we strongly recommend reviewing our FAQ and policies before reaching out for support.

 


 

 

Shipping Timeline

 


All orders ship within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description (e.g., pre-orders).


All orders ship from New York, USA.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • U.S. West Coast: 4–5 business days

  • U.S. East Coast: 2–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

 

 


 

 

Free Shipping

 


We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $149 USD.

Orders under $149 are calculated by weight.

International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout—Phantom does not add handling fees or profit on shipping.

 


 

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

 


Yes, we ship to over 170 countries. Please ensure your address is written in English.

We currently do not ship to: Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe.

 


 

 

Customs Fees & Import Duties

 


International customers may be responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties charged by your country. These charges vary and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Check with your local customs office for details. If your package is held, monitor your mail or email and follow up with your local post office or customs agency.

 


 

 

Tracking & Delivery

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to begin showing updates.

If it’s been more than 7 days (U.S.) or 21 days (international) since your order shipped and there’s no movement, please:

 

  • Check your tracking link

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Visit your local post office

What If My Package Is Returned to Sender?

 


If your package is returned, email me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or message me on @phntm.only. I can reship it (you cover the shipping), or offer store credit for the item amount (excluding original shipping).


Returns may happen due to:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Vacant or undeliverable address

 


Always double-check your details at checkout.

 


 

 

Stolen, Damaged, or Lost Packages

 


Phantom is not responsible for packages once they have shipped. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:

 

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier (U.S. orders include $100 insurance)

  • If the carrier cannot assist, reach out to me and I’ll help as best I can

 

 


 

 

Order Says “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It?

 


Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” early. If this happens:

 

  • Wait 3–5 business days

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

 


If nothing turns up, contact me directly and I’ll do my best to support you.

 


 

 

Wrong Address or Size?

 


If your order hasn’t shipped, I may be able to make changes. Email daniel@phantom.clothing or message @phntm.only as soon as possible. Once the order ships, changes can’t be made.

 


 

 

Can You Combine Multiple Orders?

 


Not at this time. Each order is packed and shipped individually.

 


 

 

Didn’t Receive an Email Confirmation?

 


Check your spam or junk folder. Still missing?

Email me at daniel@phantom.clothing or message me on Instagram @phntm.only with your name and shipping address. I’ll confirm your order and resend the email.
