Phantom Product Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every item. Each piece is crafted with care and thoroughly inspected before shipping. That said, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, I’ll do everything possible to make it right—whether that means a replacement, a refund, or another reasonable solution.
Please note: this guarantee does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear.

Can I Get a Refund? Can I Cancel My Order?
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Because Phantom is independently operated, I ask that you commit to your purchase with intention.
Refunds are only issued if:

Something was missing from your package
If one of these situations applies, I’ll make it right. Just reach out to me directly.
What Should I Do If My Order Arrived Damaged or Something Is Wrong?
If your package was damaged in transit, contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, it’s out of my control—but I’ll still support you however I can.
If your items arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, and the package was delivered safely, email me at daniel@phantom.clothing, or message me on Instagram @phntm.only. I’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or fix the issue promptly.
